Grace Koehl is a healthcare consultant with expertise in public health, value-based care, and payer engagement. She has advised federal health agencies, health plans, and provider organizations on implementation of and participation in high-impact Medicare and Medicaid programs.

Prior to joining Ace Health Partners, Grace worked at Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and The Lewin Group (OptumServe Consulting, where she supported initiatives for CMS and state Medicaid agencies. Her work has focused on stakeholder engagement, regulatory analysis, quality measure development, and technical assistance for stakeholders across the healthcare sector. Grace approaches her work with rigor, integrity, and a strong commitment to client service. She is valued for her ability to align stakeholders across the health system around practical and meaningful solutions.
