Over a span of thirty years, Judy has held executive level positions at Oxford (United), Empire Blue Cross (Anthem) and Independence Blue Cross, where she served as CEO of AmeriHealth New Jersey.
For two decades, Judy provided leadership, vision and strategy for establishing partnerships with healthcare providers, driving healthcare cost optimization, developing web portal solutions, managing large scale negotiations and improving network operations.
Serving as CEO, Judy provided executive leadership, driving the vision and strategy for a subsidiary P&L. This included expanding into new markets with a suite of innovative product designs, positioning the organization for strong marketplace growth as well as prioritizing operational excellence and corporate profitability.
She has held various Board positions including first Chairwoman of the Board, Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey, Special Olympics New Jersey and served on the Board of Trustees of Shore Medical Center for four consecutive terms.
